Schools out so moving out (Amik)

Some of our ward has moved out these last few weeks and we have been helping with the moves. So our
Elders quorum now needs to be completely reorganized.

Also, we have been doing these active member lessons and it is kind of funny how some members are like investigators.   We did exchanges Wedenesday and I was with Elder Burton, our district leader.  And we had no lessons planned except for the end.  Where we had one lesson with Cynthia and a member couple.  The lesson was great!  The Ulicnys, the members who were present, had brought a picture of the temple for her and talked about how their family could go and take her to the temple during the week.   It was a great lesson.  During the rest of the day we set up lessons and made/gave out prayer lists for our investigators.
partway through exchanges, we got a text from one of our investigators that said that she was no longer interested in doing lessons and was going to look at other churchs.  I had no idea how to respond to that so we left it until we had exchanged back to figure out what to say.  We asked if we could have a lesson to find out why and we were actually told that we could. So we scheduled a lesson and had our ward mission leader there.  She had been going though a lot and did not actually want to drop us, but only wanted some breathing space since she had been going though a lot and she did not like cancel lessons on us a lot.  So we will still be teaching her.  We will also be doing emails for her.

Also, one scripture that I have shared a bit is 1st Corinthians 10: 13 "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." This scripture talks about how no matter how many trials and temptations we go through.  God does not allow us to face things that
we unable to resist or stop, this scripture is my favorite one and brings me and has brought a few of the people we teach a bit of peace.
